1.In the event of an issue, customers should contact the point of purchase from which they obtained the products.

2.Distributors should notify KMP of any issues at which time KMP will give instructions on how to proceed.

3.Distributors are responsible for completing the KMP Warranty Request Form. (Claims Form). Please see the Warranty Page for further information.
