KM Products Europe (KMP) employees a full quality assurance (QA) department to make sure its products are fit for purpose and meet the expectations of its customers.

The QA department makes use of a variety of measures to place quality at the heart of the organization. KM Products is ISO 9001 certified for the production & distribution of diesel engine components, a certificate that has been held since 2003.

All items manufactured by KM products are produced to OEM specification using strict reverse engineering methods. KMP utilizes state of the art technical laboratories to perform chemical analysis, mechanical analysis and dimensional analysis to ensure its finished products contain the correct material composition and are within OEM tolerances dimensionally and mechanically.

The KMP QA department works on continuous improvement promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
